Summary: NJB is seeking a debt collector intern in Nairobi to gain hands-on collections and finance experience while supporting payment follow-ups and recovery activities.
Responsibilities
- - Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.

- - Support the collections team in meeting recovery targets.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- - Good communication and negotiation skills.
- - Confidence, persistence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
