Agreement to these terms

Virtual Click Jobs is operated by Virtual Click Support. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, saving a job, or using a protected application link, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What Virtual Click Jobs provides

We help users discover remote and international opportunities and understand important details such as location eligibility. We review listings and application links before publishing them, but listings may change, expire, contain errors, or be withdrawn without notice.

Virtual Click Jobs is an information and discovery service. We are not the employer, recruiter, or hiring decision-maker unless a listing clearly states otherwise.

No employment guarantee

Using the platform does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employment, salary, visa, sponsorship, or any other outcome. You are responsible for deciding whether an opportunity is appropriate and for verifying its requirements before applying.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not share protected application links, misuse another person’s account, create accounts through deceptive or automated means, or attempt to bypass registration and security controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Copy, scrape, republish, sell, or systematically extract our listings or content without written permission.
• Interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, probe security, or place unreasonable demands on the service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or connection to an employer.
• Use information from the platform to spam, harass, or discriminate against others.

Career Studio outputs

Career Studio helps you organise career information and create drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing every output, correcting errors, keeping claims truthful, and deciding whether to use it. Generated content is not a guarantee of accuracy, suitability, interviews, freelance work, or employment.

You may use outputs created for your account for your personal career search and professional profile. You must not use the tools to fabricate qualifications, impersonate another person, create unlawful or abusive material, or automate unsolicited bulk outreach.

Microphone transcription is optional. You must have the right to provide any spoken content you submit. Transcripts may contain mistakes, so review the returned text before using it as evidence or including it in an output. You can use the same tools by typing instead.

Saved work and deletion

You control whether to save supported drafts and projects. When you confirm permanent deletion through a Saved Work or tool deletion control, the deleted item cannot be restored through the platform. Download anything you need before deleting it. Closing a membership does not automatically delete your account or saved work.

Career Studio credits

Credits measure eligible generation actions; they are not money, cannot be transferred between users, and have no cash value. The applicable credit cost is shown before a generation begins. Completed generations use the stated credits. Failed generations do not use credits. Editing, saving, downloading and reopening existing work are free unless the screen clearly states otherwise.

Monthly included credits may carry for up to two further billing months while membership remains active. Quarterly and annual allowances are released monthly and may carry while that paid membership remains active. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 12 months but do not keep an expired membership active. Student allowances and access dates are set by the eligible programme.

Membership billing, renewal and cancellation

Secure checkout is not yet connected and Virtual Click Jobs is not currently collecting Career Studio membership payments through this website. When checkout opens, customers paying in Nigeria will be offered the published naira price and customers outside Nigeria the published US-dollar price. The final currency, amount, billing period, renewal status and next charge date will be shown before payment.

Access will activate only after successful payment confirmation. A recurring plan will renew only after you give clear consent at checkout. You will be able to cancel before the next renewal; cancellation stops future charges but allows access through the already-paid term. A failed renewal will not release a new allowance. Cancellation does not automatically delete your Virtual Click Jobs account or saved work.

Refunds and billing problems

When paid checkout opens, an unused purchase may be reviewed if you contact us within seven days of payment. Credits already used for a completed generation are not refundable. We will separately review duplicate charges, an inaccessible service caused by our technical failure, and refunds required by applicable law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where supported.

The checkout screen may include additional provider-specific payment terms. If those terms conflict with a right that cannot legally be limited, the applicable law controls.

External websites and applications

Application buttons may take you to an employer, recruiter, or third-party job platform. We do not control those websites, their hiring processes, or their privacy and security practices. Your use of an external website is governed by that website’s own terms and policies.

Never pay a fee merely to submit a job application. Exercise caution before sharing sensitive information, and report suspicious listings to us.

Intellectual property

The Virtual Click Jobs name, branding, website design, original writing, categorization, and platform features belong to Virtual Click Support or its licensors. Employer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Displaying a company or job listing does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Account suspension and service changes

We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms, threaten the platform, or misuse protected content. We may also add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and remove listings at any time. Where practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that every listing is complete, continuously available, free from error, or suitable for a particular user. Nothing on the website is legal, immigration, financial, or professional employment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Click Support and Virtual Click Jobs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, an external website, a job application, or reliance on a listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
