Virtual Click Jobs

Our verification standard

Clear information before you invest your time

We check where an opportunity came from, who can apply, how the work is arranged and whether the application route still works. When a detail cannot be confirmed, we leave it blank or hold the listing for review.

1,389verified roles live right now
69%checked at the source within the last seven days
480open to applicants in Africa
48checked but held back — most often because we could not confirm who is allowed to apply

Updated October 31, 2026. These figures come from the live board, not from a page someone remembered to edit. Of 1,522 records our team has marked ready, 48 are not shown to you. A role stays hidden until the checks pass, even when that leaves the board smaller.

Our source order

We look for the exact vacancy on the employer’s website or official applicant-tracking system first. A LinkedIn post, job board, social post or search result can help us discover an opportunity, but it does not become proof of facts that the original listing does not state.

  1. Exact employer vacancy page
  2. Official applicant-tracking system, such as Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby or Workable
  3. Established application platform or identifiable recruiter source
  4. Third-party or social source used for investigation—not for guessing missing details

What we check before publishing

  • The employer or direct client, job title and exact application route can be identified.
  • The role is still accepting applications when we review it.
  • The location, work arrangement and applicant-country eligibility match recorded source evidence.
  • The eligibility wording, supporting source URL and date reviewed are saved with the verification decision.
  • The employment or programme type, experience level and qualifications are represented faithfully.
  • Pay, stipend, posting date and closing date are recorded only when a reliable source states them.
  • The description reflects the real opportunity without adding promises, requirements or benefits.
  • Duplicate opportunities are identified before publication.

A source that has been checked without confirming the exact vacancy remains private and cannot pass the publication gate.

What we never guess

We do not invent eligibility, remote status, pay, dates, qualifications, graduation requirements, work authorisation or visa support. If a useful detail is missing or contradictory, it remains blank, is labelled as unconfirmed, or the opportunity stays out of the public list until it can be resolved.

How listings stay current

Published application links are checked in rotating groups throughout the day. A missing, blocked or closed-looking page does not automatically remove a listing. Before marking a vacancy closed, we check its exact page and application route, the employer or ATS active feed, exact-title search results and alternate official routes, then confirm that no exact replacement exists. Only an employer-provided closing date may expire a listing automatically.

A “checked” or “verified” date tells you when Virtual Click Jobs last reviewed the opportunity. A posting or closing date appears only when the source provides it. Employers can still change a role between checks, so confirm the latest details on the official application page.

What each source status means

Employer source confirmed
The exact role was confirmed on the employer’s own website.
Applicant-tracking source confirmed
The exact role was confirmed on an official applicant-tracking system such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or Workable.
Established platform confirmed
The active opportunity was confirmed on an established application platform, such as LinkedIn or Upwork.
Recruiter source confirmed
The opportunity was confirmed through an identifiable recruitment or staffing source.
Source checked—exact vacancy not confirmed
The source was reviewed, but the exact employer vacancy or application evidence was not strong enough for publication.

Source status and eligibility are separate. A legitimate employer page can still restrict applicants by country, residence, work authorisation or time zone.

What verified does not mean

Verification is a careful source and data-quality review—not a guarantee of employment, an endorsement of the employer, or a promise that the employer has not changed the role. Always confirm the latest requirements on the original application page before submitting personal information.

Our safety standard

Legitimate employers should not require you to pay an application, interview, processing or training fee. Never send money, passwords or sensitive financial details to apply for a job.

What happens when you report a listing

  1. Send the exact Virtual Click Jobs page and describe what appears wrong.
  2. We compare the report with the current employer or application source.
  3. We correct, hold or remove the listing when the evidence supports that action.

A report helps us investigate; it does not automatically remove a legitimate opportunity without review.
