What this policy covers

This policy applies to payments made to Virtual Click Support Limited for Virtual Click Jobs products and services, including Career Studio memberships and credits, digital products, consultations and career services.

Some training and digital products linked from our website are sold through other platforms, such as Selar or Nestuge. Payments and refunds for those purchases follow the terms and refund policy shown on that platform's product page.

Paid checkout is not yet open on virtualclickjobs.com, and we do not currently take membership or credit payments through this website.

Time limit for refund requests

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the relevant purchase, where the rules for that product or service below allow a refund.

Career Studio memberships

You may request a refund of a Career Studio membership within 7 calendar days of purchase. Using some of your membership does not automatically make the whole membership non-refundable. When we review your request, we may take into account the credits or actions you have already used and any services already delivered, and we will decide the refund you are eligible for on that basis. Credits you have already used are not treated as unused, refundable credits.

Career Studio credits

Credits are used to run Career Studio tools. They are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a tool that uses credits fails, the credits for that action are returned to your balance automatically under our normal product rules. If a fault on our side makes a result unusable, you can ask us to return the credits. We do not return credits for a result that worked but was not written the way you would have preferred.

Consultations and career services

Once a consultation or service has been fully delivered, it is ordinarily not refundable. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If we cancel, or fail to deliver, a consultation or service you have paid for, you are eligible for an appropriate refund.

Digital products

For digital products bought directly from Virtual Click Support Limited, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, and we will review it under this policy. Digital products bought through Selar, Nestuge or another platform follow that platform's refund terms.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If we verify that you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount. Monetary payment errors are reviewed separately from credit returns.

Technical failures

If a Career Studio action fails, the automatic credit return described above applies first. If you paid but did not receive what you bought because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will review the monetary refund separately.

How to request a refund

Email hello@virtualclickjobs.com. Refund requests must be made by email. Please include:

• your full name and the email address on your account, or the email you used to pay;
• the product, plan or service you bought;
• the date and amount of the payment;
• your payment reference or receipt;
• the reason for your request.

Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes or passwords.

What happens next

We will acknowledge a properly submitted request within 2 business days and will normally tell you our decision within 5 business days. Where possible, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for an approved refund to reach you may also depend on the payment provider, card network or financial institution.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law or any other law that applies to you.
