Who we are

Virtual Click Jobs is a job-discovery platform operated by Virtual Click Support. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website, create an account, save a job, or follow an application link.

Information we collect

You can browse public job listings without creating an account. If you register, we may collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your password in securely protected form through our authentication provider. We cannot see your password.
• Your preferred region and whether you requested matched-job alerts.
• The jobs you save to your account.
• Basic technical information needed for security, authentication, and reliable site operation, such as cookies, device information, and service logs.

How we use your information

We use this information to create and secure your account, confirm your email, reset your password, remember saved jobs, provide protected application links, send requested job alerts, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Career Studio information and AI processing

If you use Career Studio, we may process the career information you choose to provide: CVs and other uploaded documents, work history, skills, career goals, answers to guided questions, job descriptions, generated drafts, saved projects, credit balances, and tool-usage records.

We use this information only to provide the tool you selected, keep your work connected to your account, calculate credits, improve reliability, and prevent misuse. Career Studio does not apply for jobs, send proposals, publish content, or contact employers on your behalf.

Some generation tools send the information needed for that request to our artificial-intelligence service provider. We limit each request to relevant content, disable provider-side response storage where supported, and remove temporary provider files after processing where supported. Do not upload passwords, banking details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other information that is unnecessary for career support.

If you choose a microphone option, your browser asks for permission before recording. Audio is sent to our artificial-intelligence service provider for transcription and is not saved by Virtual Click Jobs. The resulting text is returned to the tool so you can review or edit it. You can always type instead, and microphone permission can be refused or withdrawn in your browser.

Your Career Studio controls

You decide what to upload and which generation to start. Manual Career Profile entry, editing, saving, downloading, and reopening completed work do not use credits. Where a delete control is available in Saved Work or a tool, the interface asks you to confirm before permanent deletion. You can also ask us to correct or delete Career Studio information connected to your account by contacting us from the registered address.

Closing or cancelling a paid membership does not automatically delete your Virtual Click Jobs account or saved work. This allows you to retain your job-board account and resume access later. You may request deletion separately.

Emails and your choices

Essential emails—such as account confirmation, security, and password-reset messages—are required to operate your account. Matched-job alerts are optional. You can ask us to stop optional messages at any time.

If you ask the Skill-to-Opportunity Planner to email your free result, we use your email only to deliver that requested result. Choosing career guidance and verified-opportunity updates is a separate, optional permission that requires confirmation. Declining it does not affect your result.

Skill-to-Opportunity Planner beta data

During the free beta, we record assessment answer combinations, the direction shown, alternative directions, the recommended next offer, and any relevance feedback you choose to provide. We use this information to evaluate and improve recommendation accuracy before considering a paid launch.

Signed-in users may save a detailed-intake draft so they can resume later. You can delete that draft from the intake at any time. Blueprint generation and payment remain disabled during the beta.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the platform, including Supabase for account authentication and stored account preferences, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for website hosting, database and private file storage, and OpenAI for supported Career Studio generation features. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are governed by contractual terms and their own privacy and security practices.

Authorized access

Access to account, support, security and Career Studio records is restricted to authorized people and service processes that need the information to operate the platform, resolve a request, investigate misuse or protect the service. Administrator access uses additional security controls. We do not give employers access to your Career Studio documents or saved work.

External job websites

When you choose to apply, you may be sent to an employer or third-party job website. Virtual Click Jobs does not control those websites. Their privacy policies apply to any information you submit there.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember choices such as light or dark mode, and keep the website working securely. These essential features do not depend on your analytics choice.

We also use our own website counts and optional Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as job searches and application-link clicks. Our first-party count includes a temporary, random browser-session code so administrators can see how many public browser sessions were active in the last five minutes. The same code may link ordered product actions completed in that one browser tab so aggregate session conversion can be calculated. It does not store your name, email address or IP address, it is not shared across tabs, devices or later browser sessions, and analytics linkage is removed after no more than 31 days. One person using multiple tabs may be counted more than once.

To distinguish a first visit from a later visit without creating a server-side visitor profile, your browser may keep only the date it last saw the public website. The server receives an aggregate first, return or same-day-return signal, not that date or a persistent visitor identifier. Search reporting records whether filters returned opportunities, not the words you typed. Ask Virtual Click reporting stores only an approved intent category, outcome, broad result-count band, broad response-speed band and whether a result or guidance link was selected. It does not store the question you typed, result titles or destination URLs. Reliability reporting stores only broad page-load bands and generic script or promise-error types—never error stacks, form answers, CVs or generated work.

Google Analytics may receive information about your browser, device, approximate location and how you use the website. It uses cookies or similar identifiers only when you allow analytics.

We do not intentionally send your name, email address, CV, Career Studio documents or generated work to Google Analytics. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising. You can allow or decline Google Analytics when the choice appears, and you can change that choice later by selecting “Analytics choices” in the website footer.

Technical error reports

If a page stops working, we may record a controlled error category, broad status band, release identifier and page path so we can find and fix the problem. We may also count selected calls to action, the start or successful completion of a form, and a controlled failure category. These reports do not include technical error stacks, names, email addresses, form answers, search text, CVs, Career Studio documents, account identifiers or payment references.

Data retention and security

We keep account and saved Career Studio information while your account is active or as reasonably needed to provide the service. Temporary processing files are removed after the applicable operation where supported. Security, payment, credit and service logs may be retained longer when needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with law or protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for optional job-alert emails. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children’s privacy

Virtual Click Jobs is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the platform or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect.
