About this opportunity
Summary: Majibu Africa is hiring an accounts and finance graduate trainee in Kampala to support accurate client-payment recording, allocation and reconciliation across its accounting and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- - Post incoming mobile-money payments in the accounting system and CRM.
- - Match payments to the correct client, contract and invoice.
- - Investigate unmatched payments and prepare Excel reconciliations.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- - Understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
- - Strong numerical reasoning and working knowledge of Excel.
