About this role
Support BMO InvestorLine clients with investment account questions, products and services while meeting regulatory, service and risk requirements. The role is fully remote within nine listed Canadian provinces and requires strong French and English communication.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and advise on suitable wealth and investment strategies and products.
- Provide professional sales and service for customer questions, issues and requests.
- Complete required documentation so customer requests are accurately processed.
- Maintain current investment-market knowledge and comply with privacy, anti-money-laundering and consumer-protection requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience plus related post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High-school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Good written and verbal communication in both French and English.
- Canadian Securities Course or CIRO Investment Representative licensing is preferred; required regulatory exams must be completed within the employer’s specified period.
- Good organization, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.
