Amazon's Software Development Engineer internship places you inside a product team building services used by millions of customers worldwide. Interns own a real project end to end and see their code reach production during the placement. The role is hiring through Amazon UK Services Ltd. and is based in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of your code, from design through deployment and ongoing operations.

Qualifications and requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field at the time of application.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java or Perl.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis.
- Preferred: experience from a technical internship, and experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems and relational databases.
