- Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings (using tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar).
- Perform "Message Match" audits to ensure that digital ad copy aligns seamlessly with landing page content.
- Analyze conversion funnels in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to pinpoint where users drop off and identify underperforming audience segments.
- Gather and synthesize qualitative data from customer surveys, feedback forms, and reviews to understand the motivation behind user actions.
- Assist in prioritizing test ideas using scoring frameworks (e.g., ICE or PIE) to focus on high-impact opportunities.
- Support the team in formulating strong, data-backed hypotheses for A/B tests.
- Assist in setting up, launching, and QA-ing A/B tests using tools like VWO, FigPii, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Monitor live tests to ensure data accuracy and track statistical significance.
- Assist in creating clear, actionable reports summarizing audit findings and test results.
- Help translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into simple, digestible insights for clients.
