About this opportunity
The Organization of American States is accepting applications for its 2027 Winter/Spring Internship Program. The virtual modality allows eligible participants to work remotely from their current country of residence for the full programme, subject to the stated residence and United States status rules. The session runs from 14 January to 30 April 2027 and is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Complete the projects, tasks and schedule assigned by the internship supervisor.
- Attend at least 80% of the programme’s weekly orientation meetings and activities.
- Respect and comply with the OAS Internship Agreement and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Be an undergraduate who has completed at least the second year of study, a graduate student, or a young professional.
- Have a cumulative academic result equivalent to at least 75%.
- Know at least two of the OAS official languages: English, Spanish, French or Portuguese.
- Maintain valid health insurance and reliable internet and computer access throughout the programme.
