About this opportunity
As an Operations Intern, you will learn to engage teams to realize their full potential, ensure their performance in order to fulfil our customers’ expectations, and encourage a safe and productive environment within our Fulfillment Centers. Your internship will put you at the heart of our Operations where you will be part of the journey of one of our many customer's orders.
Responsibilities
- - Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems
- - Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)
- - Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front line Associates, thinking broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges faced by one of the world’s fastest growing operations network.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Engineering, Engineering, or other related field with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and December 2027
- - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts)
- - Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30 hours/week
- - Available to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during business hours
- - Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
- - Fluent in Spanish
- - Preferred: Familiarity with data analysis or continuous improvement methodologies
- - Preferred: Interest in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
