About this opportunity

One Acre Fund’s paid Young Professionals Programme gives an early-career procurement intern practical responsibility for inventory control, warehouse operations and shipment coordination in Kigali.

Responsibilities

  • - Verify goods received and report damaged, expired or non-compliant items.
  • - Support stock counts, inventory reconciliation and accurate record keeping.
  • - Organize, label and store inventory according to safety procedures.
  • - Prepare, document and track shipments to internal teams and field locations.

Qualifications and requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • - Six to twelve months of relevant inventory, procurement or similar experience.
  • - Basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • - Proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English; Rwanda citizenship or permanent residence.
