Role Overview We’re hiring a Marketing Creative Operator to own and execute across creative strategy, design and marketing systems . This is a design-forward role , and strong visual taste and execution are essential. We’re looking for someone who: • Thinks critically • Takes ownership • Improves systems • Brings ideas, not just execution If you naturally organize everything, notice what’s missing, pay attention to the details, and enjoy making things better, we’d love to chat. Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy, Design, and Execution
- Contribute to developing and executing creative ideas for:
- Email campaigns ( Klaviyo )
- Paid social (Facebook/Instagram ads)
- Create high-quality, on-brand designs in Figma for email and paid social
Qualifications and requirements
- Strong English (you’ll work fully in English)
- Strong design sense (art direction, layout, typography, hierarchy, visual clarity)
- Ability to translate ideas into clean, effective creative
- Highly organized by nature
- You create systems for everything
