About this role
The Interaction Design Foundation is hiring an Education Designer to structure and create UX, UI and AI courses and Master Classes. The role turns complex design knowledge into practical learning sequences, exercises, portfolio activities and assessments for a global audience.
Responsibilities
- - Define what learners should be able to do after each course and structure the content that gets them there.
- - Design exercises, portfolio activities, templates and assessments that support active learning.
- - Turn expert interviews, transcripts and video material into understandable educational content.
- - Review learner outcomes and feedback and improve existing courses and documentation.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least five years of hands-on design experience.
- - Repeated experience facilitating workshops, teaching beginners, mentoring designers or building online curricula.
- - Evidence of a course, workshop series, Master Class, teaching application or mentoring programme you built.
- - Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
