About this role
BillionToOne is hiring an EMR Integration Specialist for its EMR Success team supporting prenatal and oncology sales representatives and healthcare providers. This United States remote role implements EMR solutions, supports customer onboarding and requires substantial domestic travel.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams, healthcare providers and their IT teams to implement EMR solutions.
- Serve as the primary subject-matter contact for prenatal and oncology sales teams.
- Provide customer support, troubleshooting and end-user training.
- Lead workflow assessment, rollout planning, training plans and go-live support.
- Own post-implementation customer relationships and manage issues and changes.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least three years of hands-on experience with EMR systems or patient or provider portals.
- Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organisations and EMR implementations.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels.
- Ability to work cohesively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the United States.
