Responsibilities
- Enable effective execution with quality and speed, in partnership with the team's Product Manager
- Ensure high availability of Dedicated infrastructure, with security and automation for scalability
- Provide clear direction and meaningful feedback, and foster an environment where toil is automated
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members
- Role-model incident management best practice and lead fast resolutions and escalations
Qualifications and requirements
- Proven track record building and owning large-scale distributed services
- Experience driving operational excellence, owning services at four-nines availability
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to boost team productivity
- History of building and managing high-performing, accountable team cultures
- Experience leading distributed and remote teams effectively
