About this role
Take the lead on exciting B2B campaigns, sector marketing initiatives and industry events. You will have the freedom to shape the approach, bring fresh ideas to the table and see them through from concept to delivery. Work directly with senior business leaders, sales teams, and strategic technology partners, helping to drive growth and influence business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across UK industry sectors.
- Shape campaign messaging and propositions in partnership with the Strategy & Planning function.
- Advise senior internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, commercial relevance and delivery standards.
- Set the standard for industry events, executive roundtables and strategic engagements, from initial purpose through post-event follow-up.
- Deliver joint events and field marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners.
- Oversee event logistics, suppliers and budgets, ensuring quality and value.
- Build influential relationships with industry leads, sales teams and strategic partner contacts.
Qualifications and requirements
- Strong B2B marketing experience across integrated campaigns, sector marketing or account-based marketing, and events.
- A strong track record of taking full ownership of marketing programmes, from shaping the approach through delivery, optimisation and results.
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, with the confidence to advise, challenge and push back when appropriate.
- Experience establishing and applying consistent standards across varied campaign and event programmes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Marketing experience within technology, professional services or a regulated sector such as defence, healthcare, financial services or utilities.
- Experience delivering joint campaigns or events with strategic technology partners.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar.
- Working knowledge of a content management system (CMS); experience with Drupal specifically would be an advantage
