About this role
The GTM Operations Associate joins Datadog's global Channels and Alliances team, partnering with go-to-market leaders to improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decisions and scale the processes and systems behind continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring operational processes supporting the global Channels and Alliances organisation, keeping execution timely, accurate and scalable.
- Build, maintain and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards giving visibility into pipeline and partner performance.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Systems and Sales to improve workflows and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate with and evaluate external vendors supporting operational processes and systems enhancements.
- Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and use AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative work.

Qualifications and requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Operations.
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Strong attention to data integrity across connected systems.
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve business issues.
