About this role
Deel is hiring an HR Experience Specialist to improve compliant HR operations and the employee lifecycle for its South Korea EOR, dispatch and job-placement activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliant HR operations under South Korean employment laws and operating rules.
- Manage EOR administration, payroll-cycle coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
- Support employees and clients with HR questions through available communication channels.
- Maintain dispatch and fee-charging job-placement notices, records and operational processes.
Qualifications and requirements
- Five to seven years of HR or labour-management experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean.
- Residence in South Korea and knowledge of South Korean labour and employment law.
- Strong communication, customer orientation, analysis and process-improvement skills.
