Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform, including tests, documentation and evaluations
- Contribute to the platform requirements knowledge base: add requirements, evolve the schema and improve validation tooling
- Build integration surfaces so feature teams can engage the Platform Readiness team through issues, merge requests and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security and Data teams to translate their expertise into platform readiness artifacts
- Write clear documentation and evaluations that validate agentic-workflow behaviour
Qualifications and requirements
- Software engineering experience with a backend focus
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python or Golang
- Comfort reading and contributing to schemas such as YAML and JSON Schema
- Operational exposure to Kubernetes and reasoning about failure modes
- Exposure to LLM APIs, prompts or agentic frameworks
