About this role
Logistics & Data Operations Specialist – E-commerce, Inventory & AI Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly analytical Logistics & Data Operations Specialist to manage logistics, inventory planning, reporting, and operational systems for a fast-growing e-commerce business.
Responsibilities
- - Manage freight, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and warehouse communication
- - Create and manage purchase orders based on sell-through, inventory forecasts, and revenue projections
- - Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify stock risks
- - Maintain accurate product and variant data in Shopify
- - Coordinate with warehouse teams to support accurate and efficient fulfillment
Qualifications and requirements
- - Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or inventory management
- - Hands-on experience with Shopify
- - Experience managing:
- - Freight and shipments
- - Warehouse coordination
