About this role
Who We Are We’re a passionate team determined to challenge the status quo and make financial inclusion count for the millions of under-banked individuals and small business owners in Nigeria. We provide loans, savings, and fixed deposit solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
- - Assist in the design, scripting, and deployment of customer surveys to measure satisfaction, product usage, and market trends
- - Help organize and eventually conduct customer interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to understand the “why” behind customer behaviors
- - Learn to analyze raw data, including survey results and internal metrics, to identify patterns and translate them into actionable insights
- - Monitor the Nigerian lending and fintech landscape to track competitor products, campaigns, and market positioning
- - Co-create visually engaging and easy-to-understand reports and presentations for cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Management
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience in Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Product, Operations, or related areas is an advantage
- - Strong understanding of the company’s products, customer base, and operations
- - No prior formal market research experience is required
