Responsibilities
- - Support infrastructure that development teams use to own and operate their services at Mozilla.
- - Guide technical decision-making and adoption of user-centric solutions.
- - Create Claude skills and design agentic workflows that improve developer productivity
- - Guide team members and promote engineering standard methodologies, with a focus on usability and maintainability.
- - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for efficient and cohesive platform delivery.
Qualifications and requirements
- - 5+ years experience in software engineering with expertise in at least one of (Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps)
- - Proven technical leadership experience.
- - Expertise in several of the following (ArgoCD, Grafana, K8s, GitHub, Terraform, Helm, Backstage, Cloud Cost Optimization)
- - Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- - Strong expertise in cloud-native technologies (GCP preferred; AWS also acceptable).
