About this role
Mozilla is hiring a UK GTM Recruiter on contract to lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial and go-to-market roles across the United Kingdom, Europe and international markets. The role advises senior stakeholders, builds specialist pipelines and manages structured hiring and offer processes.
Responsibilities
- - Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales, business development, product marketing, partnerships and customer-success roles.
- - Build multi-channel sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.
- - Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence, calibrated scorecards and structured interview plans.
- - Manage international offer negotiations and maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metrics.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on commercial or revenue-generating technology roles.
- - Experience sourcing and closing senior commercial talent in the United Kingdom and Europe.
- - Expertise with recruiting systems and data-driven pipeline analytics.
- - Knowledge of United Kingdom and European labour compliance, contract models and regional offer structures.
