Responsibilities
- - Support the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences, working closely with the Group Creative Marketing Manager and following their creative direction
- - Manage assigned design requests, balancing speed and quality with support from more senior designers when priorities shift
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ICP goals and help ensure designs align with content and messaging
- - Apply the existing website design system as directed, helping maintain consistency with established visual brand standards
- - Apply website best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles as outlined by the team
Qualifications and requirements
- - Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- - Foundational understanding of web, brand, or digital design and core UX/UI principles, developed through coursework, internships, or early hands-on project work
- - Some exposure to designing for responsive, mobile-first marketing websites
- - Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn information into clean, visually organized designs catered to the individual needs of a project and brand
- - Comfortable applying established design guidelines to complete assigned tasks, escalating questions to a senior designer or manager
