About this role
Telnyx builds and operates a private, global, multi-cloud IP network, bringing edge connectivity to developers through APIs. The Account Executive for APAC owns the Australia and New Zealand territory, working with the Director of Sales on strategy and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Sales to develop and execute a sales strategy across the APAC region, owning your territory and revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Establish trusted adviser relationships with key customers, driving adoption and expansion of Telnyx products.
- Deliver Telnyx portal and platform demonstrations for prospects, supported by Sales Engineering.
- Work with customers to define business goals and KPIs and help them achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales peers to amplify Telnyx's market presence.

Qualifications and requirements
- 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
- Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.
- Able to own a territory and be accountable for delivering revenue targets.
- Comfortable running a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close.
