About this role
Accountant – Accounts Receivable, Invoicing & Financial Operations Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Accountant to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, cash flow tracking, and day-to-day financial operations.
Responsibilities
- - Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices
- - Manage accounts receivable and collections follow-ups
- - Monitor outstanding balances and payment status
- - Confirm incoming payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- - Support healthy cash flow through consistent AR management
Qualifications and requirements
- - 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience
- - Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- - Experience managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment tracking
- - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- - Familiarity with digital banking and payment processing platforms
