Responsibilities

• - Manage a portfolio of client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns across major digital marketing and retail media platforms.
• - Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
• - Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
• - Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum’s platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.
• - Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers while providing regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications and requirements

• - 2+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
• - Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic advertising plans, with measurable success in improving client performance.
• - 1+ years hands-on of experience managing advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect for multiple clients.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
• - Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.
