About this role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist to join a growing business and take ownership of billing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of construction billing processes, particularly AIA billing (Forms 702 and 703), progress billing, and change orders. Responsibilities
- ● Prepare and manage AIA billing, including Forms 702 and 703
- ● Handle construction progress billing and ensure invoices are accurate and submitted on time
- ● Process and track change orders
- ● Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances
- ● Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments
Qualifications and requirements
- ● Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
- ● Strong experience with construction billing and progress billing
- ● Hands-on experience preparing AIA Forms 702 and 703
- ● Understanding of change orders and construction project billing
- ● Experience with accounts receivable and collections/follow-up

Key Responsibilities ● Prepare and manage AIA billing, including Forms 702 and 703 ● Handle construction progress billing and ensure invoices are accurate and submitted on time ● Process and track change orders ● Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances ● Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments ● Maintain accurate financial records and documentation ● Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online (QBO) ● Update and manage customer and project information within Salesforce ● Reconcile billing information and identify discrepancies ● Work closely with customers to resolve billing queries professionally ● Assist with maintaining efficient billing and accounting processes ● Provide general administrative support related to billing and bookkeeping as required
