About this role
ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring an experienced Client Operations Supervisor to oversee remote agents across multiple U.S. client accounts. This is a full-time remote role for applicants in South Africa.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple client accounts and ensure service standards are met
- Lead, coach and support remote agents against performance, productivity and quality targets
- Monitor attendance, adherence, productivity and KPIs and address concerns
- Manage client enquiries, escalations, reporting, staffing and resource planning
Qualifications and requirements
- At least three years of BPO or contact-centre leadership experience
- Experience managing remote teams and client-facing operational relationships
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, productivity and performance management
- Fixed fibre internet of at least 25 Mbps and reliable power backup
