About this role
Support Reddit's international growth by developing French-market communities and strengthening relationships with volunteer moderators. This contract role uses market insight, community operations and data analysis to help scale Reddit's international consumer growth playbook.
Responsibilities
- - Study the French market to identify user and moderator challenges and growth opportunities.
- - Build and execute plans to recruit, educate, onboard and grow local volunteer moderators and community leaders.
- - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, set key performance indicators and communicate insights that improve community initiatives.
- - Work across Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety and Business Development teams.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least five years of community development, project management, growth, operations or product-consulting experience with measurable business impact.
- - Deep knowledge of French culture, current events, customs, language, interests and internet culture.
- - Professional proficiency in both French and English.
- - Strong persuasive communication, cross-functional collaboration, execution and attention to detail.
