About this role
The Creative Designer will be responsible for hands-on creative production across social media, short-form video, email, web, and other digital marketing channels. This role will take existing concepts, creative briefs, brand guidelines, and raw content and transform them into polished, engaging assets. This is primarily an execution-focused creative role rather than a creative strategy position. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, has strong video editing capabilities, and can move comfortably between static design, social-first content, email creative, and digital/web assets.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and adapt digital creative assets using Figma.
- Work within established brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems to maintain consistency.
- Translate existing creative direction into polished digital assets.
- Make quick adjustments, variations, resizing, and iterations based on campaign requirements and feedback.
- Maintain strong visual standards across typography, layout, composition, and overall presentation.
- Create static graphics, carousels, and other visual assets for social media and digital marketing channels.
- Develop creative assets for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Adapt existing creative across different formats, placements, dimensions, and platforms.
- Apply social-first design principles when developing content for digital audiences.
- Transform raw footage, influencer content, UGC, and other source material into polished short-form videos.
- Edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social channels.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, content creation, or a related creative role.
- Demonstrated experience creating digital assets for social media and marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience editing short-form video content.
- Experience creating static graphics, social content, and other digital marketing assets.
- Experience designing email and newsletter creative.
- Experience supporting web and broader digital design needs.
- Experience working from established brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction.
- Experience with DTC, CPG, food and beverage, wellness, lifestyle, e-commerce, or similar consumer brands is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant digital, social, design, and video work.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for creating, modifying, and adapting digital creative assets.
- Strong video editing capabilities with the ability to transform raw footage, influencer content, and UGC into polished short-form videos.
- Strong understanding of social-first design and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
