About this role
NCR Atleos is hiring a Customer Project Manager to manage customer orders from receipt through worldwide delivery. The role coordinates sales, suppliers, fulfilment, shipping and import or export teams to keep customer orders accurate and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- - Coordinate new opportunities with sales and project teams and define order and fulfilment processes.
- - Validate and book orders and create supplier pre-orders when needed.
- - Track assigned orders, staging, shipping, customer communication and escalations.
- - Coordinate suppliers, fulfilment and import or export teams and maintain accurate reporting.
Qualifications and requirements
- - A university or college degree, preferably in logistics, or relevant work experience.
- - Excellent English and native Hungarian language skills.
- - At least one year of order-management or customer-support experience.
- - Strong Microsoft Office, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
