About this role
Hoom Consulting is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers and resolve platform questions in English and French.
Responsibilities
- - Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by email and phone.
- - Troubleshoot and resolve issues users encounter on the platform.
- - Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved problems.
- - Maintain clear, helpful communication throughout each case.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least two years of customer-service, technical-support or similar experience.
- - Excellent written and verbal French and English.
- - Strong problem-solving and customer-care skills.
- - Ability to manage several enquiries accurately.
