About Rise Risevest is a digital wealth management company helping individuals across Africa build long-term wealth through expert-managed investment portfolios. We are on a mission to help people build wealth by making investing simple, accessible, and transparent.
Responsibilities
- - Building relationships with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s products and services
- - Providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Bachelor's degree ( first class or second class upper) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business administration or related field.
- - Live and resides in Lagos or Port Harcourt.
- - Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure
- - Problem-solving skills
- - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
