About this role
Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring an E-commerce Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Role overview You'll keep a UK online store running day to day — loading products, keeping listings accurate, processing orders and handling the customer queries that come with them.
Responsibilities
- - Create and update product listings, images and descriptions
- - Keep pricing, stock levels and categories accurate across the store
- - Process orders, returns and refunds
- - Respond to customer queries about orders and products
- - Support promotions, discount codes and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
- - Confident writing clear, accurate product copy
- - Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for bulk product uploads
- - Attention to detail on pricing, stock and product data
- - Customer-focused written English
