About this role
Datadog is hiring an Enterprise IT Support Technician I in Paris. The role provides day-to-day technical support to Datadog employees, covering laptop deployment, onboarding, ticketing, inventory and conference-room technology. Work arrangement: hybrid. Work type: Full time.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support for Datadog employees
- Deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles
- Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and internal services
- Handle general ticketing, account management and problem escalation
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Support unified communications in conference rooms and common areas
Qualifications and requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Enjoys working in a team and helping people
- Experience supporting Apple devices such as MacBooks and iPads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
