About this role
Own the architecture, governance and continuous improvement of Chime’s Genesys Cloud CX platform, ensuring the contact-centre migration and long-term operating model remain reliable.
Responsibilities
- - Define Genesys Cloud CX architecture, integrations, configuration and governance standards.
- - Review major technical decisions made by implementation and managed-service partners.
- - Lead complex Genesys initiatives, including AI integrations and IVR redesigns.
- - Manage vendor performance, change governance, platform metrics and operational documentation.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least five years in contact-centre platform operations, architecture or technical programme management.
- - Deep hands-on Genesys Cloud CX knowledge, including IVR, ACD routing and platform administration.
- - Experience holding systems integrators or managed-service providers accountable to contracts and service levels.
- - Strong solution architecture and multi-workstream technical-programme leadership skills.
