Foundever is hiring a German Customer Service Representative to support German- and English-speaking consumers by phone and email for Kellanova brands. The role focuses on empathetic service, accurate case handling and product support from a secure home workspace in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Answer product, quality and general consumer enquiries by phone and email with empathy.
• Build product knowledge and provide tailored solutions for Kellogg's, Pringles and Cheez-It customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and maintain professional communication.
• Document consumer interactions and keep administrative records accurate.
• Meet quality-monitoring and daily or weekly performance standards.

Qualifications and requirements

• Fluent written and spoken German and English with strong interpersonal communication.
• Customer-service experience or demonstrated aptitude; retail sales experience is preferred.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, follow live-call processes and maintain composure.
• A wired broadband connection of at least 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, plus a secure private workspace.
• The temporary contract runs through December 2026 and is normally 37.5 hours weekly, with part-time hours considered. Shifts are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, with occasional rotational Sunday support. The role is remote within the UK only and sponsorship is not available.
