About this role
Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term career. We’re hiring a Growth & Marketing Associate to support our GTM and lead generation efforts. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow by executing across inbound, outbound, and social channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound campaigns (content, social posts, SEO tasks)
- Support outbound outreach (building prospect lists, sending sequences, follow-ups)
- Track campaign results and report on key metrics
- Learn and contribute to GTM experiments alongside the growth team
Qualifications and requirements
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, sales development, or growth
- Interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth
- Curious, proactive, and excited to gain hands-on experience
