Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to drive brand growth through thoughtful campaign strategy, social media leadership, and paid media execution. This is a full-time role for a marketing generalist who brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that span campaigns, social media, and paid channels
- Own end-to-end campaign management including planning, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Manage paid media activity across platforms, continuously testing and optimizing for performance
- Build and maintain a strong organic social media presence through content strategy and community engagement
- Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make informed strategic decisions
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively propose new initiatives or channel strategies
Qualifications and requirements
- Extensive marketing experience spanning campaign management, social media, and paid media
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop marketing plans and translate them into execution
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta, Google, or similar
- Solid understanding of social media dynamics, content performance, and audience growth strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms, and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
