Responsibilities

  • At Edmentum, product decisions aren't made on instinct. They're made on evidence about what the market is asking for and how customers actually use what we build. As a GTM Product Analyst, you'll own that evidence: building the single source of truth for how…
  • you will:
  • Own a single source of truth for product GTM performance, tracking every product from pipeline generation through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build portfolio-level scorecards and executive reporting that show leadership which products are winning, which are stalling, and why.
  • Find growth inside our existing customer base through cross-sell, next-best-product, white space, penetration, and expansion propensity analysis.

Qualifications and requirements

  • You have 4-6 years of hands-on data analysis experience, ideally supporting product, go-to-market, or commercial strategy teams.
  • You have advanced proficiency in PowerBI and AI tools; experience with Salesforce, Clari, SQL, and Databricks a plus
  • You are comfortable connecting pipeline, bookings, adoption, and retention data into one coherent view of how a product is actually performing.
  • You have experience with win/loss and competitive analysis, and you know how to turn loss reasons and objection trends into recommendations product teams can act on.
  • You understand the commercial side of product, including how discounting, packaging, and bundling decisions show up in win rates and retention.
  • Remote-first U.S. role. Requires 4-6 years of hands-on data analysis experience. Advanced PowerBI and AI tools; Salesforce, Clari, SQL, and Databricks are pluses. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and be based in Minnesota or willing to travel to Bloomington quarterly.
