About this role
Deel is hiring a full-time HR Experience Specialist to deliver compliant employee operations for France. The specialist supports a high volume of employees throughout the employee lifecycle, manages leave and administration, prepares HR documentation and ensures that day-to-day processes follow French labour law and Deel’s operating rules.
Responsibilities
- - Maintain compliant HR operations for assigned countries.
- - Manage leave requests and employee administrative tasks.
- - Prepare HR letters, applications and enrolments.
- - Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through termination.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Three to five years of HR Specialist or similar experience.
- - Hands-on experience supporting employees in France.
- - Knowledge of French labour law and employment regulations.
- - Ability to support a high employee volume in a fast-paced environment.
