About this role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive Human Resources Personnel to manage end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure labor compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- - Administer employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- - Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory employment standards, and internal workplace policies.
- - Facilitate performance management reviews, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- - 3–5 years of proven experience in a core HR role.
- - Professional certification is an added advantage.
- - In-depth understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, and policy implementation.
