Responsibilities
- - Manages complex, sensitive, and escalated immigration cases with urgency and precision, serving as a primary drafting and case support resource for VIP clients while maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines
- - Supports training and onboarding of paralegals and specialists through structured coaching, live guidance, and practical feedback that reinforces drafting standards and role-specific best practices
- - Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects current legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions
- - Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating legal requirements into scalable, repeatable processes
- - Upholds quality and risk standards by reviewing work product, flagging procedural inconsistencies and case risks, and modeling strong judgment and operational discipline across the team
Qualifications and requirements
- - Ideally law degree or similar field or paralegal
- - Strong knowledge of the key immigration categories
- - Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
- - Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes
- - Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technology-enabled workflows in a legal, immigration, or similarly regulated environment to support quality, efficiency, and process innovation
