Responsibilities
- Build and maintain people analytics reporting for the business
- Partner with People and Recruiting teams to answer workforce questions with data
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in analytics, preferably People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics or a closely related function
- Experience developing reports and dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
