Responsibilities

• - Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out.
• - Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
• - Become an expert user of the Deel HR tools to provide expert guidance on its features and functionalities, including its touch-points with other Deel products.
• - Using Project Management tools to guide clients through their onboarding journey, including guiding client through the planning phase during the sales cycle
• - Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Plan, validate, and test data transfers meticulously to prevent errors and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and requirements

• - 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience
• - Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets
• - Fluent in English and French or Spanish
• - Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively
• - Experience with change management in enterprise settings
