About this role
Accurate Indigenous Managers & Advisors is hiring a full-time Junior Data Entry Clerk in Winnipeg to maintain accurate, confidential organisational records across administrative and financial systems. The role works with several departments, updates databases, checks information for discrepancies and completes assigned work independently within established deadlines.
Responsibilities
- - Enter, update and maintain information in organisational databases and software.
- - Check records for missing or inconsistent information.
- - Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and document integrity.
- - Complete assigned administrative and data-entry work on schedule.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least two years of relevant data-entry or administrative experience.
- - Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks.
- - Demonstrated experience with Sage 300.
- - Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
