About this role

Shape GitLab’s pricing and packaging strategy across its software portfolio, including artificial-intelligence and usage-based products, through financial analysis and cross-functional commercial planning.

Responsibilities

  • - Create commercial models and improve pricing and packaging for new and existing offerings.
  • - Analyse market, competitor, customer and usage data to recommend pricing decisions.
  • - Conduct pricing reviews and monitor the results of pricing and packaging changes.
  • - Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales and fulfilment teams on launches.

Qualifications and requirements

  • - Significant software-as-a-service pricing strategy and portfolio-analysis experience.
  • - Financial modelling and business-intelligence experience using tools such as Sisense or Tableau.
  • - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • - Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders.
