About this role
The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager is the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing execution. This remote United States or Canada role turns product-marketing and growth strategies into repeatable app-store, lifecycle and product-launch programmes.
Responsibilities
- - Coordinate app-store optimisation metadata, creative experiments and store events.
- - Convert approved lifecycle briefs into executable campaign plans.
- - Coordinate product-launch and growth workstreams across teams.
- - Manage localisation, quality-assurance and operational-readiness workflows.
- - Identify and escalate delivery risks and blockers.
- - Consolidate campaign performance data and operational learnings.
- - Build scalable automation and AI-assisted workflows.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least five years in marketing operations or a similar role.
- - Experience executing multi-step marketing programmes across several workstreams.
- - Strong operational judgement, organisation and attention to detail.
- - Ability to prioritise and work independently.
- - Experience creating repeatable processes, workflows and documentation.
- - Alignment with Mozilla’s stated operating values.
- - Mobile growth, app-store optimisation or AI-workflow experience is helpful.
